The Water Jetter works by sending water at a pressure of over 5,000psi through the sewer and stormwater lines. This ensures that most blockages will be quickly and effectively removed with ease. The machine is able to clear pipes ranging in size from 50mm to 225mm, and will reach over 60m in length, ensuring we are able to reach and clear any blockage. Electric eels are generally not used any more as the possibility of potential damage to existing pipework was extremely high, so you can rest assured that there will no further damage caused by clearing blockages with a water jetter.

The CCTV Camera enables us to see inside the pipes and find the location of the problem easily, so that we can give you the best advice on the most appropriate course of action to resolve the problem long term. If you find your drain is blocking repeatedly, it is most likely being caused by tree roots re-growing, or a section of pipe that has collapsed. For this reason, we always recommend that we inspect your drain to determine the location and cause of the problem, so we can provide guidance on how to stop it from blocking repeatedly and costing you more money in the long run.

 

Once we can see the blockage on the CCTV camera, the locator helps us find the exact location of where the pipe is blocked from above ground. This is helpful where repair work is needed, for example to fix a broken pipe, allowing us to pinpoint exactly where the pipe is broken before we start digging!
